Permanent Magnet Synchronous Coupling

Use: Widely used in various general mechanical equipment

Working principle:

A new type of coupling with protective function that connects the prime mover to the working machine through the magnetic force of the permanent magnet. It uses rare earth permanent magnetic field for magnetic levitation isolation drive, which can replace the hard (mechanical) connection of traditional coupling and realize the soft (magnetic) connection.

Product features:

1.No contact, no friction drive, with vibration and noise isolation;

2.Synchronous rotation within rated torque, maintenance-free;

3.Millimeter alignment error is allowed;

4.Overload protection is realized when torque is overloaded.
